Mr. Michael Moore's geological career in mineral exploration and development has spanned more than 20 years and he has been involved in exploration programs in North America, South America and Africa. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in precious, base and industrial metal exploration and has significant contacts in the mining industry, throughout the world. He is a professional geologist registered with APEGBC.

Mr. Slusarchuk has significant experience financing companies involved in mineral exploration and development. Mr. Slusarchuk was previously a Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord Capital Corporation, a premier Canadian investment dealer and prior to that was Project Development Manager for a Canadian-based resource company. Mr. Slusarchuk sits on the Boards of several private and public companies and has extensive contacts in Europe and North America and has worked within this network to debt and equity finance Canadian and international mineral exploration activities.

Mr. Williams is the Chairman of Underworld Resources, a publicly traded Canadian company that has made two of the sector's most significant recent gold discoveries, while drilling in Yukon Territory, Canada. These discoveries are both exposed at surface, open and depth, and along strike and are attracting major interest throughout the international investment community. Mr. Williams is also a Director and Advisor to several mining exploration companies. He has significant contacts with both institutional and retail investors and has an extensive and proven investment banking network.

Mr. Barton is currently the Chairman of Hub International Barton Limited and was its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1988 until January 2005. Mr. Barton has held various positions with Hub International Limited from December, 1973 and was its President of Canadian Operations from November 2001 until January 2005. Hub International is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New York and on the TSX Exchange in Toronto. Mr. Barton has a significant business network due to his experience with multiple, major financial dealings internationally and domestically.

Mr. Scharfe, during the past 12 years, has served as Vice-President, Senior Vice-President and is now a Managing Director of Marsh Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed company. Mr. Scharfe obtained a diploma in financial management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Burnaby, British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of British Columbia. In addition to his role as Managing Director of Marsh Canada, Mr. Scharfe is an officer of Volcanic Capital Corporation, a TSX Venture listed company.

Mr. Richards was previously an audit manager at a premier Canadian chartered accountant firm. Mr. Richards specialized in the mining industry and has significant experience on mineral exploration and development companies in Canada and throughout the world. Mr. Richards gained his membership of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2005, and holds a bachelor of management studies degree with first class honours from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
