Mr. Slusarchuk sits on the Boards of several private and public companies and has extensive contacts in Europe
and North America and has worked within this network to debt and equity

| Michael Williams Position: Director Mr. Williams is the Chairman of Underworld Resources, a publicly traded Canadian company that has made two of the sector's most significant recent gold discoveries, while drilling in Yukon Territory, Canada. These discoveries are both exposed at surface, open and depth, and along strike
and are attracting major interest throughout the international investment
community. Mr. Williams is also a Director and Advisor to several mining

| Brad Scharfe Position: Director Mr. Scharfe has been focused on venture capital situations throughout his career and has successfully worked with multiple companies in the areas of capital requirements, public market concerns and personnel.
